OWNERSHIP & LEGAL NOTICE:HOLY MOLY BOT is a proprietary Discord application developed, operated, and maintained by Lyra Social Group LLC as an integral component of the Lyra’s Cuck HQ digital ecosystem. All code, custom logic, branding, and responses associated with HOLY MOLY BOT are protected assets of Lyra Social Group LLC. Access to and use of HOLY MOLY BOT are strictly governed by these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Bot" / "Application": Refers to HOLY MOLY BOT, its features, commands, logic, and automated infrastructure.
- "Company" / "Entity": Refers to Lyra Social Group LLC.
- "Server" / "Guild": Refers to any Discord server where HOLY MOLY BOT is added or active.
- "User": Refers to any individual who interacts with, invokes commands on, or shares a server with HOLY MOLY BOT.
2. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY
By inviting, adding, interacting with, or invoking commands on HOLY MOLY BOT, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease all interaction with the Bot and remove HOLY MOLY BOT from all servers under your control.
- Eligibility: Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and any applicable age requirements established by Discord and local law. Users under the required age are strictly prohibited from using or interacting with the Bot.
3. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Lyra Social Group LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HOLY MOLY BOT strictly for community and moderation purposes.
- All source code, branding, graphics, configuration, command logic, response systems, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with HOLY MOLY BOT remain the exclusive property of Lyra Social Group LLC.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, decompilation, automated scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse HOLY MOLY BOT or assist others in doing so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to exploit, crash, overload, bypass rate limits, or spam command triggers on HOLY MOLY BOT.
- Using automated scraping, selfbots, modified Discord clients, or spam automation against the Bot.
- Intentional API abuse or attempts to interfere with underlying server infrastructure.
- Utilizing the Bot to distribute illegal material, execute raids, or violate Discord's Community Guidelines.
5. SERVER OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
Server owners and administrators are solely responsible for configuring permissions and channels appropriately. Lyra Social Group LLC is not responsible for damages, data loss, unauthorized access, or unintended moderation actions resulting from excessive or misconfigured permissions granted to HOLY MOLY BOT by server administrators.
6. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA COLLECTION
HOLY MOLY BOT processes and stores limited data solely necessary for functionality, security, moderation, and performance tracking.

7. USER RIGHTS & DATA RETENTION

Neither Lyra Social Group LLC nor HOLY MOLY BOT sells, rents, or monetizes user data to third parties.
8. SECURITY STATEMENT
Lyra Social Group LLC implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no security system or data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
HOLY MOLY BOT relies upon third-party services including Discord APIs and hosting infrastructure. Lyra Social Group LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, service degradation, or interruptions caused by these third-party providers.
10. THEMATIC RESPONSE DISCLAIMER
HOLY MOLY BOT includes custom messaging designed to match the mock-toxic, sarcastic, and hierarchical theme of Lyra’s Cuck HQ.
- Responses generated by HOLY MOLY BOT are fictional, automated, and intended solely for entertainment and community management.
11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
HOLY MOLY BOT is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lyra Social Group LLC reserves the right to modify, restart, temporarily disable, or permanently discontinue HOLY MOLY BOT at any time without prior notice.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyra Social Group LLC's total liability arising from use of HOLY MOLY BOT shall not exceed the amount paid for use of the service during the previous twelve (12) months. Because HOLY MOLY BOT is currently provided free of charge, liability is effectively limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lyra Social Group LLC, its operators, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of HOLY MOLY BOT, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
14. TERMINATION
Lyra Social Group LLC reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate a user's or server's access to HOLY MOLY BOT at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or suspected malicious behavior.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
Lyra Social Group LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HOLY MOLY BOT following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
