By joining the official Lyra's Cuck HQ Discord server and interacting with HOLY MOLY BOT, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

HOLY MOLY BOT is an internal Discord community management and automation system operated exclusively for Lyra's Cuck HQ.

These terms apply to all members, staff, moderators, contributors, and guests who interact with the bot.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of HOLY MOLY BOT and may be required to leave the community.

Users may not:

4. Moderation & Administrative Systems

HOLY MOLY BOT may assist staff with:

Moderation actions.
User reports.
Security monitoring.
Audit logging.
Rule enforcement.

Automated actions may occur based on configured community rules.

Human moderators maintain final authority over moderation decisions.

5. Data Collection & Logging

To provide functionality and maintain community security, HOLY MOLY BOT may collect and process:

Discord usernames.
Server membership information.
Role information.
Command usage records.
Moderation history.
Warning records.
Bot error logs.
Security-related events.

6. Message Processing

HOLY MOLY BOT does not:

Permanent availability of features.

Maintenance.

Hosting problems.

9. Abuse Prevention & Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in:

Severe violations may result in immediate action without prior warning.

10. Staff Authority
