Welcome to Lyra's Cuck HQ ("LCH"), the official Discord community operated by Lyra Social Group LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the LCH Discord server, its associated bots, events, voice channels, media, and community spaces.

By joining or participating in LCH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Community Purpose

Lyra's Cuck HQ is intended to be a relaxed, humorous, and community-driven space where members can socialize, game, create content, and participate in community events.

Members are expected to understand that satire, sarcasm, friendly roasting, and playful banter are part of the community culture. However, this does not permit harassment or abuse.

2. Community Rules

Participation within LCH requires compliance with both these Terms and the official Community Rules.

Community Rules include, but are not limited to:

Respect other members.
No targeted harassment.
No hate speech.
No malicious spam.
No unsolicited NSFW or graphic content.
Respect staff decisions.
Do not abuse community bots or systems.
Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Community Rules may be updated independently of this document.

3. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

Securing their Discord account.
Following Discord's Terms of Service.
Following server rules.
Respecting moderation decisions.
Using common sense while interacting with others.

Claims involving compromised accounts, account sharing, or unauthorized access do not excuse violations committed through that account.

4. Humor & Community Culture

LCH is intentionally built around humor, sarcasm, and friendly teasing.

By participating, members understand that:

Lighthearted jokes are common.
Friendly roasting is encouraged when welcomed.
Community banter should never become genuine harassment.
Consent and personal boundaries must always be respected.

Staff determine when behavior crosses the line from acceptable banter into harassment or abuse.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post.

By posting content within LCH, you grant Lyra Social Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to:

Display content within the community.
Archive messages where required for moderation.
Use screenshots or excerpts for moderation documentation.
Preserve logs for security purposes.

This license exists solely for operating and managing the community.

6. Privacy & Logging

To maintain community safety and server operations, LCH may collect limited operational information, including:

Discord User IDs
Usernames
Role assignments
Moderation history
Bot interaction logs
Server event logs
Reports submitted to staff

Additional information may be processed through community bots in accordance with their individual privacy policies.

Lyra Social Group LLC does not sell member information.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Moderators and administrators are responsible for maintaining the health of the community.

Enforcement actions may include:

Informal warnings
Official warnings
Timeouts
Removal of content
Removal of permissions
Temporary bans
Permanent bans

Staff may act against behavior that threatens community safety, even if that behavior is not explicitly listed in these Terms or the Community Rules.

Moderation decisions are made using available evidence and staff discretion.

8. Appeals

Members may appeal eligible moderation actions through the official support system.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that disciplinary action will be reversed.

Repeated abuse of the appeals process may result in appeals no longer being considered.

9. Community Availability

LCH and its associated services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.

Lyra Social Group LLC does not guarantee:

Continuous availability.
Message retention.
Bot uptime.
Voice service availability.
Permanent access to community features.

Features may change without prior notice.

10. Termination of Access

Lyra Social Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to LCH for violations of these Terms, the Community Rules, Discord's policies, or behavior deemed harmful to the community.

Membership in LCH is a privilege, not a right.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued participation in LCH after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
